Services Available
Coatech Surface Technologies offer a range of vehicle wheel refurbishment packages, based on 4 off wheels, taylored to suit your individual requirement & budget.
Gold Service (Standard colour)
An inclusive service usually based on a same day turnaround. This is based on you delivering the vehicle & we do the rest. Once our skilled team have removed the wheels from the vehicle they will pass through the following processes:
- Remove the tyres
- Blast
- Prime
- Polyester powder coat
- Powder laquer
- Refit tyres including new rubber valves (Metal valves at additional cost)
- Balance
- Refit to vehicle

Silver Service (Standard colour)
Usually based on a next day turnaround. You deliver the wheels to us with the tyres fitted & we do the rest. Once we receive the wheels, they will pass through the following processes:
- Remove the tyres
- Blast
- Prime
- Polyester powder coat
- Powder laquer
- Refit tyres including new rubber valves (Metal valves at additional cost)
- Balance
Bronze Service (Standard colour)
Usually based on a next day turnaround. You deliver the wheels to us excluding the tyres. Once we receive the wheels, they will pass through the following processes:
- Blast
- Prime
- Polyester powder coat
- Powder laquer
For those of you who prefer the 2 wheeled mode of transport (motorbikes), we also offer the following:
High Side Service (Standard colour)
Usually based on a next day turnaround. You deliver 1 pair of wheels to us including the tyres. Once we receive the wheels, they will pass through the following processes:
- Remove tyres
- Remove bearings
- Blast
- Prime
- Polyester powder coat
- Powder laquer
- Refit bearings
- Refit tyres
Please note that this service does not include balancing.
Low Side Service (Standard colour)
Usually based on a next day turnaround. You deliver 1 pair wheels to us excluding the tyres and bearings. Once we receive the wheels, they will pass through the following processes:
- Blast
- Prime
- Polyester powder coat
- Powder laquer
If it helps, we can arrange for a courier to collect / deliver the wheels from / to a location specified by yourself. Please call for further information regarding this.
